Los Molinos a Alpedrete
The route starts next to the Ermita de San José. We continue along a dirt track through the Doctor Rodríguez Padilla Park. We leave the park by one of its sides to reach the Cañada Real avenue which we follow along its left-hand side until we reach the roundabout where it crosses the Avenida de la Concordia. Once past this roundabout we turn right to take the right-hand side and immediately leave along the dirt track which will gradually take us out of the village of Los Molinos. Once out of the village, the route follows dirt tracks and paths, which in some sections become more difficult due to the steeper slopes or the unevenness of the terrain. The route continues parallel to the M621 road that accompanies us during the first part of the route. We reach a point where the path and the road meet, coinciding with a particularly irregular and complicated section. Once past this point, the path becomes more pleasant, running along a wide and comfortable dirt track. This route runs along a cattle track for the most part and crosses livestock farms of great beauty while allowing us to see part of the peaks of the Sierra de Guadarrama. The main complication of the rest of the route will lie in the constant intersections with dirt tracks and the crossing of the M623 road without a pedestrian crossing. We will continue along wide dirt tracks in a very flat landscape with no major complications until we reach the outskirts of the town of Alpedrete, which will take us through a residential area where the presence of vehicles is intensifying. The route ends at the Camino de los Barrizales, which leads to the M-619 road from Alpedrete in the direction of Guadarrama. The route between Los Molinos and Alpedrete runs mainly along dirt tracks and paths, which are more difficult in the first few kilometres due to the unevenness and steepness of the terrain. The last two thirds of the route runs along wide dirt tracks without major difficulties. The main dangers are to be found in the initial urban route through the municipality until leaving the town centre of Los Molinos, the uneven terrain of some parts of the route and the junction with the M623 road, which has no pedestrian crossing. The constant confluence of tracks and paths can make it even more difficult to keep on the right path.
