The route starts in the municipality of Alpedrete, in the Plaza de la Villa, where we can see the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady. We continue along Calle Real and Calle Collado Mediano, which will lead us to the Collado Mediano road. This first section runs through the municipality and we will be constantly passing through streets and avenues. Once on the Collado Mediano path, we divide it into two clearly divisible parts: The first section is a gentle ascent, along an irregular and stony dirt track, which has some complicated spots, as the stone lanes, streams and loose stones will complicate the route a little. In this section you can see the old quarries. The second section is easier and less complicated. It is also a dirt track, gently descending. We cross the railway tracks, over a bridge with protection on both sides, and once we have passed this point, it has a gentle ascent. We cross the tracks again, over a bridge with protection on both sides, and just after we enter the municipality, until we reach the end of the route in the town hall square. This is a linear route of about 4km in distance and of low difficulty. It is recommended all year round, but in summer it can get very hot. Water is necessary, as there are no fountains along the route. This is a linear route linking the municipalities of Alpedrete and Collado Mediano. It can be divided into 4 clearly distinguishable sections. The first section runs through the centre of the town of Alpedrete, making it necessary to cross the streets of the municipality, sharing the road with vehicles. The second section, once out of the municipality, alternates between paths and tracks of decomposed and very stony land, at some points quite difficult to pass, as they are areas of stone quarries and the presence of obstacles and slopes present a high degree of difficulty. The third section is made up of dirt tracks with no complicated points to cross, with the exception of the railway tracks, which will be crossed by a bridge with protection on both sides. In the fourth and last section, we will walk a little more than 300m through the streets of Collado Mediano, until we reach the Town Hall Square.
